Issues when viewing streams

I didn't receive reward rubies toggle

Reward rubies are issued at a fixed rate based on the number of rubies you receive during a live stream, and the rate used to calculate them depends on your streamer level.

 

If you don't receive any rubies from viewers during your stream, you will not be issued reward rubies.

I’m having quality issues with my live stream toggle
Make sure that your device meets the recommended system specifications for the app.


If you have a weak network connection, your stream may stop or experience issues. To ensure your content streams as smoothly as possible, make sure you're in an area with a strong network connection. If your network connection is unstable, try streaming with a Wi-Fi connection.

When I select a video, I see a message saying it’s saving or can’t be found toggle
These messages appear when a video is no longer available or is in the process of being saved.

If there was an issue with a stream or it had less than 10 viewers, it will be deleted instantly without being archived.

It may also take some time for a live stream to be saved after it ends. If the video you want to watch hasn't been archived yet,  please wait a short time and check for it again.

Buffering issues with live streams toggle
If a live stream keeps buffering, it may be because the network you're using is weak or unstable. In this case, please try using a Wi-Fi connection.
