Why have I been suspended from using the service? toggle
Your account may be suspended if you have engaged in any activity that is unlawful or violates the LINE LIVE Terms and Conditions of Use.

You can view the details, including the reason for your suspension, on the Notifications screen in the app (the bell icon). 

If you believe your account has been wrongly suspended, please contact the LINE LIVE Customer Care Center. Please understand we may not be able to respond to some inquiries.
