I'm trying to watch a stream but it's not working toggle
If your network is not stable, live streams may be disrupted or end involuntarily.

To stream with high video quality, you need to be connected to a stable network or Wi-Fi connection.

If you're using a mobile Wi-Fi router, the strength of your connection may be affected by the network, location, or other factors. In this case, we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection with a fixed router.

I'm having playback issues with the live stream I'm viewing toggle
Make sure that your device meets the app's recommended system specifications.


If you have a weak network connection, a live stream may stop or experience issues. If there is no problem on your end, the issue may be caused by the streamer’s network connection.

There's no sound in videos toggle

If you don't hear any sound for a video, please make sure that your device is not in silent mode and check its volume settings.
